HOUSE OF NAS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Overview
House of Nas is a paid, in-home skincare experience hosted by Nas. Guests book a timed slot to receive a personalised skincare consultation, a bespoke routine, and complimentary skincare products and gifts.
2. Booking & Fee
The cost of a House of Nas appointment is £49 per person.
This fee is solely for the skincare consultation and time provided, not for the products.
All skincare products and additional gifts provided during the experience are complimentary.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Each booking is for one named individual and one allocated time slot.
3. Address & Location
House of Nas takes place at a private residential address.
For safety and privacy reasons, the full address will be shared within 12 hours of booking confirmation.
Guests agree not to share, publish, or distribute the address.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
Failure to attend a booked slot (no-shows) will result in the full fee being retained.
Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation.
5. Lateness
Guests are expected to arrive on time for their booked slot.
Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment or forfeiture of the slot without refund, to avoid disruption to other bookings.
6. Skincare Consultation & Product Suitability
All skincare routines are created based on information provided by the guest during the consultation.
While products are selected with care, individual reactions may vary.
Guests are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or relevant skin concerns.
House of Nas is not liable for adverse reactions following product use.
7. Products & Gifts
All skincare products and gifts are provided free of charge as part of the House of Nas experience.
Complimentary products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
8. Filming & Content
Content may be filmed during House of Nas appointments for social media or promotional use, but filming is not guaranteed.
By attending, guests acknowledge they may appear incidentally in background footage.
Any direct or featured filming will only take place with verbal consent at the time.
9. Privacy & Conduct
House of Nas takes place in a private residence. Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in the appointment ending early without refund.
10. Health & Safety
Guests attend House of Nas at their own risk. Reasonable care is taken to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
11. Right to Refuse Service
House of Nas reserves the right to refuse or terminate an appointment if these Terms & Conditions are breached.
